I found myself chasing admin over two weeks and after every chase I would get an update. So going from excellent and attentive service to chasing down for update was a disappointment. I expressed the disappointment to who was handling my admin and the accountability was non existent. I received an email apologising for the dealers lack of speed rather than their own lack of communication. However once the documents where in place the communication improved, the process of receiving my vehicle was seamless. Overall I am satisfied and I will happily use Fleet Sauce again.
