I received an email apologising for the dealers lack of speed rather than their own lack of communication. However once the documents where in place the communication improved, the process of receiving my vehicle was seamless. Overall I am satisfied and I will happily use Fleet Sauce again. Great service from Lewis. Everything ran very smoothly both with old car collection and new car delivery.
The car was standard, but took over 2 months to arrive and was nearly a month later than initially advised. When it did arrive it was filthy and there was no handover explaining the cars features.
