Delivery Terms

At Fleetsauce, we deliver your new lease car or van straight to your door, free of charge, anywhere on the UK mainland. Below you’ll find where we deliver, how long it usually takes, and when a delivery charge might apply, including for Northern Ireland and the islands.

Free delivery to your door, anywhere on the UK mainland.

At Fleetsauce, we bring your new lease vehicle to you. This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes and when a charge might apply.

This policy applies to all business and personal lease vehicles ordered through Fleetsauce Limited.

Where we deliver

We deliver free of charge to any address on the UK mainland. This includes:

  • England
  • Scotland (mainland, including the Highlands)
  • Wales

We can deliver to your home, your workplace or another UK mainland address of your choice.

If a delivery charge applies, your Account Manager will tell you the exact cost before you sign anything. There are no hidden delivery fees.

Delivery timelines

How long delivery takes depends on whether your vehicle is already in stock or needs to be built by the manufacturer.

In-stock vehicles

Usually 1–3 weeks

Timed from when your finance is approved and your paperwork is signed.

Factory-order vehicles

Usually 3–6 months

Set by the manufacturer's build schedule. We give you an estimated date when you order.

These times are a guide. Delays can sometimes happen because of manufacturer build changes, shipping or events outside our control. If your delivery date changes, we will contact you straight away.

How delivery works

  1. Order confirmed
    Once finance is approved and documents are signed, we place your order.
  2. Progress updates
    Your Account Manager keeps you informed and confirms when the vehicle is ready.
  3. Date booked
    We arrange a delivery date and time slot that suits you.
  4. Handover
    A professional driver delivers the vehicle and shows you the key features.
  5. Check and sign
    You check the vehicle over and sign to confirm you have received it.

On the day of delivery

  • The person named on the lease agreement (or someone they have authorised) must be there to accept the vehicle.
  • Please have your photo driving licence ready.
  • Check the vehicle for any damage before signing. If you spot anything, note it on the delivery paperwork and tell us within 24 hours.
  • If you are handing back an old vehicle at the same time, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.

If you need to change your delivery date, please give us as much notice as possible. Missed or cancelled deliveries without notice may lead to a redelivery charge, which we will agree with you first.
