I received an email apologising for the dealers lack of speed rather than their own lack of communication. However once the documents where in place the communication improved, the process of receiving my vehicle was seamless. Overall I am satisfied and I will happily use Fleet Sauce again. Any friend or colleague of mine I will be sending them Artur's number.
