Well, if you want an easy process in ordering a car, then use FleetSource (you will likely have to speak to a chap named Jack (who is actually 'ok', just makes out he's grumpy :) )). I ordered my new car, completed a couple of online forms, confirmed all was good, and then a month earlier than expected, I was informed it is ready for a time "convenient to me". Leasing made easy, really easy!
